• Equinox. Will be held Sunday, September 20th @ at 6pm.  Scott & Heather will be hosting for the first time.  A shared meal take place after the ritual. There will be game prizes. Heather will provide the main dish.  Please RSVP so we can make sure there’s enough food. Also, let us know what you plan to bring for dinner so we don’t end up with repeats. As always, bring whatever personal offerings you’d like to make. If you need directions, email Heather.
• Samhain. Will be held Sunday November 1st @ a time TBD. Cindy will be hosting. A shared meal take place after the ritual. • Future meetings. Flyers have been made to promote the grove. If you’d like a PDF to post at your favorite hang outs, contact Heather or Cindy. The PDF is also posted in the Yahoo Group under files.
• Community Service. Discussion of food bank donation was brought to the table by Scott. Food banks are low right now. The thought was to make a donation prior to the holidays when the need is not as high.
• Field Trip. On October 10th @ 2pm there will be a grove “trip” to Curtis Orchard.
• Joint Event with PSA (Pagan Student Association at UI). Concern over expense of hosting Diane Paxson was discussed. Likely this even will not take place until the Spring as Paxson has more availability then.
• October meeting is the 1st.
